  When I help people, I end up hurting myself.

  Hurt myself. Then again, it might depend on whose the other person that might get hurt. But if I knew nuts about the other person, then yeah, lay it on me.

  hmmm... probably, u may need more than 5 mins if u want to brainstorm a method tat dont hurt yrself or other... But if u have already brainstorm, 5 mins is also too long...
  
  Easy... just see wat's the objective from tat decision from... and if it aligned yr objective, then u have to care...
