  as tamago said, best to be put in train forum. but this map is predicted towards 2020. means that by 2020, these will happen, the full DTL, CCL, JRL, one-north line will be done by then, except north shore line, which will start construction by then, but unconfirmed. theres also another map roughly the same, but not detailed, that shows where north shore line will go. but is unconfirmed as well. if you want to know: woodlands -> yio chu kang -> punggol -> pasir ris -> changi airport. but weird for this one: sembawang -> punggol -> pasir ris -> changi airport.
