if always think in the night something press u means "good brother" playing prank on u hor than "good brother" very the not free leh every night must come find u sit on u than go back to his "home"..........is a sickness for stress to stressful u will encounter breathing problem when sleep,grasping for air but cant really get some i also have this problem last time...see a doctor n relax lar brother there isnt any thing we can do if we cant finish on time boss stress or stress in school work or even parent stress u just treat it normal cos if not the next thing u will be having is not grasping for air is asking for help in " mental hosiptal ....i dun mean it at all but i see to many such case in my life
so relax take a break go see chio bu at the beach or go drink at the pub.
dun mean anything not against anyone ...is from the bottom of my heart

the exp one said that u will hear some strange frequency sound before such thing (pressing while sleeping) happen. then they will let this 'pressing' pass. but my the other friend burn incenses to remove such 'thing'

its not a ghost lol. i also happen to get this kind of feeling before, its the position of how you sleep, if you feel like as though you are choking, try to shift your body or maybe get a change of your pillow, maybe its too low/high.
If such a problem persists, try to get a doctor to help you
