  Well, are you English educated?I clearly stated that the first time, no one knew about the allergy so my mom stopped once rashes developed.
  
  When she went to collect medicine again, she was given the same medicine by the same doctor, now knowing she's allergic to it and gave the green light to take the medicine, this is stated in his prescription.

  Dont talk so much already,
  go to a law firm asap and ask for legal advice from an attorney.
  If theres a case, just sue. Try to sue the hospital or the medical institution if possible, they have more money than the doctor.
  Its not abt getting revenge, its abt claiming the damages for ur mom.
  Anyway, dont listen abt what "the medical profession is very close knit and no doctor will testify against his own," the court has its own medical experts and will verify if the doctor in question has any negligence in accordance to the duty of care expected of him or any doctor in his situation.
