requirements to enter SIM and SMU

Let's say I want to go university very badly but my gpa during poly is only a mediocre 2.5, 1+ for during year 1 and 2 but a increase to gpa 3 during year 3 that result in an average gpa 2.5 +/-. Am i still eligible for private university like these 2 mentioned above?
What about universities in australia? Do they accept results like these? Thanks for the advices in advance

SIM depends on what course you wanna take. generally its much easier if u have the relevant diploma. e.g. i study IT dip so i go study IT degree, not only will i be able to get it, ill be able to skip 2 years straight into the 3rd year.

its depends on your final overall gpa....that means the gpa u got for all the subjects when u graduate from poly

SMU if nt wrong u may try entry through SAT and interview.

SMU is not a private uni, if I'm not wrong... Can use CPF to pay... Anyway, heard that it's getting harder to get into SMU... Too many people applying...
