The thief is shown at the bottom of the frame. He can be seen moving the green backpack in preparation where he then makes his move and picks up the bag and exits the store. A couple of frames towards the start and middle of the clip show him looking at towards the camera.
and yes the bag was mine...

chances are he will be back.
i bet he choose sim lim hoping to find expensive stuffs (camera, laptops etc) in the bags he steals. -
