From my perspective, it really isn't fair for this to be said. Though I find that the thread starter's statement is true to an extent, you can't ignore that there are people others races who behave as such. We can see Chinese boys, esp those in gang, being rough too. We also see Indian boys who behave as such. So, what right do you have to say that most Malay Boys are "trouble-makers"? You know, maybe it's not them, maybe it is you.
You should learn how to behave when coming upon different types of people. Just an advice:From my experience, when having to pass by people in groups/gangs, you shouldn't say "excuse me". It just makes one look like an idiot/nerd/geek. It's best to just walk past... -

You want to rant about some unfortunate incident in which you were bullied by some vain-attention malay youth, fine. You want air your displeasure and anger, fine. But remember, only a juvenile mind discriminates like that.

Indeed, it is a wrong preception that all malay or other darker coloured race... so much that some companies and shop do not hire them, especially when the owners are chinese...
Anyway, to my point of view, maybe if I do not know them... I keep my distance...
All my malay and indian friends seems okay...
Though some encounters by my friends and colleagues would make them hate the race more... My friend was robbed of his handphone by indians...
My colleague's handphone was stolen by malays from the shop.
Yes, there are people from all race who does the same thing...
but last saturday, a bunch of malay youngsters are chasing each other, making a hell lot of noise when i visited... No playing... possibly fighting/ gang fight on the 5th to 6th floor of lucky plaza... A hugh crowd was gathering at the floors below witnessing the commotion... -
