Increase in lizard population

  The recent increase in dengue fever caused by an increase in mosquitos actually cause me to have this thinking..
  
  Lizards eat mosquitos. So an increase in mosquitos means more food for lizards which means the population of lizards are increasing too?

  abit off topic.. but the NEA can also release nymphs of those erm i think it's dragonfly who do eat/feed on mosquito larvae?
  
  or release more spiders/lizards?
  
  Perhaps an alternative to just spraying fog all over the place.

  Cats DO NOT eat lizard...at one point i saw a dying lizard on the floor at the mercy of a cat...but the cat the most just played with the corpse and walked off....

  dengue mosquitos don't breed in rivers, swamps, etc. so i doubt if the lizard population has increased much...if it had, you wouldn't be asking where to find a lizard here http://www.sgforums.com/?action=thread_display&thread_id=269252

  but they will kill only 1 animal - mouse...they hate mouse..

  apparently you've never had a cat, they'll kill most animals they can catch that are smaller than them.
  
  i had a cat that used to catch various animals out in a nearby field but it always brought them back alive. it would stand outside the door and loudly "MEOW" to come in and proudly show me it's most recent catch....then it would kill whatever it was.
