What is a normal salary increment % for accoutant positions

Am in accounts but in a GLC. Hence I will like to know generally if Private Companies do pay better?
1) What is the annual salary increment in %?
2) Bonus is usually 13th month fixed, what about variable , how many months. And variable = solely performance or your Company's profitability.
For me , I think its on the low side 3-4%, bonus quite good though but varies on the mood of the Govt lor

GLC not at the high end, but not anywhere near the low or even middle end either. Slightly more than above average. Just be content with what you have.

What about stat boards/ govt companies. They are generally lower in pay compared to private?
