any remedy? cannot breathe properly now.....
You need to investigate the cause of the blockage.
Is it due to allergy or a one time off thing.
If it is chronic and happens during the same time of the day, you should consider changing your lifestyle.
Change your diet to boost your immune system. Any allergen may just trigger your blocked nose nowadays since blocked nose is your body's natural immune response to prevent anymore allergen entering the body.
Take supplements that have Vitamin C. and take it daily. it helps.
If it is one time off, you may use the following,
a) anti-histamine (piriton, etc),
b) clarinase
c) claratine
d) aerieus
e) nasal sprays like afrin or nasonex
please consult your doctor which is more suitable for you ask the above medications are meant for different applications.
My advise is, use medication as the last resort. Some of the medication as described above have detrimental side-effect if used for the long term.
clarinase is known to cause stroke. nasal spray like afrin will cause an addiction and you will need to increase dosage over time.
