  If someone breaks the law what will you do?
  
  Examples of the mention breaking of laws:
  -Thefting in a shop
  -Player loud distracting mp3 players in mrt
  -Smoking in the none smoking area
  
  Will ya confront them?Will you just sit and watch?Will ya report to higher authority?

  haha just today i boarded the train to yishun on my way home, got 1 group of ah lians playing mp3 from their hp. damn loud. then when they alighted i thought finally...
  
  then came an indian and he took over, blasting his mp3 from this hp also.
