can you get sued for writing bad experiences ?

I like to know whether a person can get sued libel for writing bad experiences in blogs,forums or any internet publications with a certain product, vendors or employers providing that all accounts of the experience are true ?

yes you can, i had a friend before, he works for informatics and he badmouth the organization, and he was asked to leave, and he was dumb enough to post all this at a blog

But so long as what you post is not overboard nonsense, they often try to settle things in a more friendly manner than not... Especially for a hospital... Besides, the TS's concern wasn't totally uncalled for.... Though it might have been a bit too fast in jumping into a conclusion... -
This is singapore, you can get sued for anything.

so the best move is suffer in silence ? or wait for people to write about their bad experiences first ? but if all keep quiet, than who'll know? than again, if someone write about it, they get sued...sigh....

If you really scare, get a lawyer to write for you...

it depends on the contents. for eg, if it concerns something that is not true but it is meant for defamation, the person may be sued.
