  some bus drivers are friendly, they dont mind. others will make you pay. But I dislike people eating and drinking on bus and MRT.

  Actually, there's few times where the driver let me take without paying since it's just 5 stops to the terminal. That's when my EZ-Link was negative and left with a $2 note. He told me it's alright with a smile.
  
  There's another time, because I didn't know that concession passes now gives double beeps when it's negative as well so I happily boarded the bus, went to the 2nd deck. Took till 1/2 way through the journey and it dawned upon me that my card is already negative. So I didn't pay for that journey.

  Yes and no. I kana both niao and generous bus driver before. The generous one let me take bus all the back to terminal for free. The niao one dont even move the bus until i pay with my $2 note

  I think most bus driver will let u board the bus for free if u have honest good reasons...

  I dont understand why these people so rebelious. Already got signs saying no food and drinks allow, yet they still drink inconsiderately.
