U may reserve the seat as long someone else is there to tell others that the place is occupied, because by putting a tissue paper, ppl may not knew whether the person who place the tissue is still there or might have left to attend some urgent matter.
At last the tissue will be there for few hour n those who are waiting for a seats got to wait like a statue for other ppl to finish eating, only then they can have the table...
Usually for me when i see tissue i just take n use lor coz dunnoe which idiot has left it there... free somemore. hahaha -
