  yea.. me too! 400+ .. or 300+ .. that time i dont have cable, only the 56k modem.. but i still irc for many hours and dont care

  Oni started using IRC some 4yrs ago but stopped a year later. I was on broadband so no stare-in-ya-face kinda shocking bills.
