  Cheating is not exactly stealing although the two are considered crimes. Whether caught or not is a different story. For instance, writing a bounced cheque is cheating, not stealing. Quite similar to cheating will be confidence-trickster or simply 'conning' people.
  Most vulnerable people are the old folks. They get robbed, cheated and conned.
  
  As the_fallen said: there are different kinds of cheating - material, emotion, etc. I think people cheat in order to get something they want/desire but:
  1) cannot pay - has no means to pay
  2) cannot achieved - lacking in capability
  3) cannot meet requirements - falling short, inadequate
  
  So, the bottom-line is greed, desire, craving, clinging, attachment?

  Actually this advertisment is just using more words to give people the impression that this product works but if you were to look at the 3 words above..it is the same.

  Social Studies different..
  
  It's elaborating on a point, cross-reference with another point to list out another point.
  
  Although most of the points are similar, but if you still remember the score goes to students who can spot the differences within the similarities..
  
  That's considered different points if you know how to explain it.
