Other cheaper air transportation to ship overseas?

Need to ship some package about 800 grams to overseas by air
other than singpost, any cheaper options can be recommended ???

If philipines, I can get our maids to do for you,
If indian or bangadesh, i can get my Dad's workers to do for you
If thailand, I can get my brothers to do for you
If malaysia, I can get my Uncle to do for you
If china, hk, taiwan, I can get our engineers to do for you
If europe or USA, i can get some foreign talented friends to do for you
If Jp or korea, I can get my bfs to do for you -

They are cheaper compared to Singpost to certain places and faster delivery. EMS can be quite restrictive sometimes -

But only drawback is you need to pack into the boxes provided by them and if you sending to China, you need to convert all the Chinese characters to Hayu PinYin, which is ridiculous because it's much more easier to find addresses with Chinese characters in China.
If it's not too urgent, just use the normal airmail with Insurance, it's cheaper by at least $15. -
