LCD HD-TV

My 29" CRT Flat Screen Toshiba TV just went dead on me today.
Thinking of getting a new TV, preferably a LCD HD-TV. It's to be placed in my room.
Anyone can suggest which brand is good given a $1,500 budget. And also the size I can get with my budget. -
if u can afford sony, then sony loh..
but with 1.5k, you can't get something too big from sony...
if not panasonic is okay... i have 1. -

Samsung....32" LCD TV. Should be enough as a TV in bedrooms
Should be around $1200-$1500. Depending on how power you want
I am not sure which model is the best, but I always see it at stores and the display quality looks good.
You might want to check it our yourself.
Haiz...so envy you. Can affort to have LCD TV!

Samsung is buey pai..try Samsung..I have a 32-inch Samsung HD-Ready LCD TV in my living room, picture quality not bad..I was surprised..And Sony's picture quality is also about the same as the Samsung only..because both Sony and Samsung use the same LCD panel..
Sony and Samsung joined forces to open a factory to produce LCD panels together..so both Sony and Samsung LCD TVs share the same LCD panel..but of course the internal chips that enhances colour, reduces noise and ghosting, like Samsung's "DNIe" and Sony's "Wega Engine" are designed by themselves..
