Is there anybody here know about CAD (Commercial Affairs Department).
My friend and i have register a company in Singapore in year 2000, recently i have discover that he is doing other business using our register company for transaction.
For what i know the if this happen if he is doing illegal business then i also will be kanna involved into it also.
Anybody here please advise what evidence should i need for the above mention.
