skipping poly lecture.. (sp)

  hi, would like to ask if skipping the lectures in poly will affect my participation mark a not? cus the ones giving us mark for the module is the tutorial teacher

  tutorial and practical are important. lecture class can skip.

  depends what course also.
  
  certain courses lecture is a small grp got attendance.

  U can skip...unless the they are not taking attendance, and the teacher doesn't recognize your face =D

  they got take attendance .. but i dono will they take our attendance for lecture into consideration when giving the participation marks .. cus maybe the attendance is jus to ensure u got attend at least 75% of the lessons?

  lecture r important as there will be tips given by lecturers sometime.
  
  if i were your classmate n u did this kinda of things often, dun bother to sort help from me in giving remedial lesson.
  
  most students r stuggling to get good result, let alone wasting their time giving tuition for those who dun bother to study.

  I believe you just need to stay above 75 percent in all the class you have throughout the year. A warning letter will be give at 85 percent( this is for you to wake up and start going), and another, final one at 75 percent....if you get less than 75 percent attendance, you'll only get a what they call a passfail, means even if your work is high standard, its only a pass.

  lol .. my class sux.. every1 is like getting 90 marks n above .. im the only 70 -80 ppl =.=
