  i got this condition very frequently. wad i was told from the docctor was that my tiny blood vessels on the top of my nose are quite vulnerable to pressure. so if i blow my muscus too DAMM HARD...the blood vessels will burst. so try not 2 blow ur muscus out tooo hard. n. dun wank too hard pls.
