  the cheese is called cheddar cheese. or some ppl call it melted cheese. its actually a cheese with a little spicy taste. of course it would taste better if u buy jalapeno chillies, finely chopped and mix. dun add too much chilli though!

  oh gosh that shit kfc is selling is digusting. why can't they just serve the cheese in a separate saucer? it's like they assume that everyone likes fries soaked in cheese

  yea, i guess they could do the same for mcd fries too uknow. squeeze all those chili and tomatoes all over the fries as default. then if u dont want can request for it. i mean the way kfc deal wif its fries, it's... ugh.

  I think you are looking for cheddar cheeze lah...
  
  very very common, you go cold storage or supermarket like carrfour,
  
  the goto the cheeze section, normally near the refringerator stalls where they sell bacon, ham, etc.... then choose and pick loh...
  
  got many types, like blue cheeze, morzorella, cheddar, etc.... you can buy in slices and in weight, then you use a shredder like some metal tub with the holes type, then rub on it to get the small pieces, then put into oven to melt it.

  i today eat the pizza hut cheese pizza leh, they say got cheddar, mozarella and parmasan cheesez all in 1.
  
  i think u melt the cheese until got smell then can ler or steam it lor sure can, i learn when i went aus got this cheeze making shop, they sell anything and everything under cheese.

  Well Done man..Thx alot guys..i appreciated all replies..tt means i must still go melt it my own.. but so many kind of cheese in the market how am i going to know which one kfc is using?? Anyone DIY it b4?? Hm..mayb can work part time in KFC jus to know wat kind of cheese they using huh??Hahaha..Cheers..
