New t-shirt brands? HELP.

  My friend wants to design her own t-shirts and have her own t-shirt brand. Does she need a license to sell these t-shirts? If yes, where can she get it from?
  
  Any good printing t-shirt shops to introduce too?

  if she makes her own brand i guess she has to buy some copyright or sth

  if wanna sell in the net no license needed
