Those referrals membership or Banks n Hotels one are the most jiatlat. They always call u up , say wanna discuss , through buffet etc etc..
Then they send their kaki come sale their product. Normally after i hear quite a bit , i tell them cut straight to the point.. How much , and what is it in for me. Then when u say no.. they will walk away.. n like recently their assistant director comes over.. sits down n instantly i know THIS one is pro..

But since also she quite high rank , then comes the bargaining. When u know they want u , u can squeeze them. N start to negotiate a better deal lo.
