Normally at what age , our hair begin to turn white colour

As i am over 30 liao so far so good
no white hair
but also worry a bit lar

mostly depends on stress? i teen. got a few strands of white hair.

Some people 70years old hair still damm black. -

Luckily the annoying-boy woes for me only came when I went to secondary school. Gahhh wait a minute, I think that was why my hair turned white!

Actually I wonder if I should keep dyeing my hair to cover up the white strands or just let it be... cos dyeing is like, killing my hair but if I don't dye it, it looks rather unsightly.

fourteen this year.
not stressed at all for sure, and i have hell lot of white hair.
while waiting for bus around 5 min, my friend pluck around 13 white hair for me.

Hmmm .... this is no old white-haired man speaking... but looking at all the posts, the conclusion is that there is no specific age by which one's hairs start to turn white. However, it is correct to say that you will have less black hairs as you grow older. Plus you will loose more hairs!
However, for sure: stress, sickness, lack of sleep, worry, poor diet and lost of love can cause white hairs.
