  This is the second time i gotten it and they kept telling me to view their pics on some site like this and when i click,there is an acct page telling me to sign up to view her pics.

  It's most likely a SpamBot, spamming mailboxes to bring in more 'sign-ups' for some fishy sites out there. Avoid clicking on anything that doesn't look right. You may risk your computer safety.
