Hungry Ghost Festival

  It was the start of the Hungry Ghost Festival last night and I noticed something I've seen time and time again during the start of the festival. When the 'Gates of Hell open', it seems like there is always lightning with no thunder. I'm sure many of you noticed this last night. I find it kinda creepy.

  There was thunder last night. I know, because my cat was frightened.

  I dunno...what most of my friends saw was lightning but no thunder. But thunder and no lightning!? LOL something must be going on when u can see thunder...
