I called at 1pm and told that the bank staff will get back to me. It is already 5pm and I am not having any update at all. I told the customer service officer that I do not want to waste another trip to the bank for a fault that belongs to the bank. They should solve it and do some serious service recovery.

Maybe they are trying to get you to use the cashline with the exorbitant interest rates instead of taking a personal loan with personal loan rates?
