Myopia and astigmatism

I was wondering if there is any way to reduce both myopia and astigmatism..
Heard that the chinese herb guo zi (wolfberries) can help to reduce myopia, is this true or is it juz a myth? -
look more often at anything green.

if you didn't want myopia, you shouldn't have even started to wear glasses. that's like the cheapest and easiest way of reducing myopia.
you can try going for lasik if you are looking for a medical treatment -

i stare at computer 10 hours a day sometimes

And the latest report is that apart from the lasik ops we know of, the one that cuts a flap on top of your eye, here comes another advanced way of correcting your eyesight to eagle vision!
It was used only for those navy pilots in the USA but Singapore brought in this technology and only one eye clinic is using it (currently).
Price is doubly high. One eye is at least 2.5k to anything around 5k.
You just sit there, stare at the point and the laser penetrates your eye and does its job. No flaps, nothing. Just sit and get zapped.
Eagle vision. Woot!

I take quite a lot of wolfberries in primary 3 but my myopia and astigmatism still increase when I in p4 leh... the only way my myopia stop increasing 100 degrees per year was when I stopped changing glasses every year in secondary school. I think if use a lot of computers, try to set the brightness to the minimum it can go... that's what I always do but my friends complained that my screen is too dim when I thought theirs was too bright. -

u see, cuz i reli wan to be an air force pilot...but my myopia is around 300 deg and 250 deg. So sad.. i reli muz take care of my eyes if i intend to be a pilot so i am finding ways to take care of them...*sigh.

Usually its twice a month I book in sunday night, monday move out for ex. then thursday come back, friday book out
Get to see a LOT of green and get to feed lots of mosquito also
