Do not think all stat boards have links with each other. But off course u will be blacklisted by that stat board u rejected.
But why join a stat board, low pay, lots of horrible tai chi masters (whom you term as colleagues), lots of pregnant colleague's work to cover when they go on ML, sucky pay -
