What about Superman College along Suicide Road - this college teaches u, inter alia, how to fly out of the window like a bird. Moreover u will be given a graduation certificate on completion of your task - killing 2 birds with 1 fly!! Check it out.

Ask your friend tie a thin metal wire around his head. Before he jump, secure the other end of the wire to a metal post or what. Then superglue or tape his hands to his head.
When he jump, his head will be decapitated while still stuck to his hands

How would a person's thinking differ if he had 2 seconds before he's dead and a 10 seconds one? Think he is better off hanging himself and donate all his part with a death note. That way, he will most likely appear on news. After all, death by hanging help preserve most of the organ in good condition.
