sometime when you feel really warm, it may not be due to the warmth of the weather. what causes this and what can you to to make yourself not feel the heat so much? besides wearing less clothes?

stay in a cooler/shady spot perhaps or maybe liang cha might just reduce some of your inner body heat

Reduce your intake of fried & meatty stuff - eat more vegetables & fruits but not heatty ones like durian, rambutan & mango.
Increase your intake of water.
