  I bought Post Banana Nut Crunch and have been having that for breakfast for2 weeks.
  
  I feel bloated and constipated.I suspect it's cos of this.
  
  Anyone has similar experience?
  
  Anyway,could it becos of gluten intolerance?

  same thing happens to me when i eat cereal for a few days, but i think its because of the milk not the cereal lactose intorlerance?
