I would have to say... Face to face, with table between.
Every person has this 'personal space' thing. So if the girl lets the guy invade her personal space, it's like an invitation. The distance only brings them together. haha... Actually my own opinion.
I feel that face to face is important, not only to 'electrocute' the opponent, but it'll be easier to talk. It's only polite to look someone in the eye when you're talking. -
get a corner seat with 2 intersecting walls. must be those long type of seat with cushion one. guy lean against the wall in his seat, while the girl lean her back against the guy.
