before embarking on high intensity exercises, it is recommended to get your body to get used to it, so that u will not sustain injuries in the course of the exercise.
therefore, i suggest u start running 2km.... 5km... 7km... and 10km. over the period of a few weeks.
however, since there seems to be no time for u to train, just walk.
Yesm you will die running if you have not exercise before. Exhaustion will kill you before you even finish 5km. Or you might burst open an artery. Or even collapsed due to heart failure or instant seizure. No, not joking. Never work out vigorously without a proper warm up and definitely do not encourage to instantly run 10km just like that without building up your stamina or preparing your body and mind for the event.
