  Publicly funded... I tell you... poly fees + uni fees go up. Because government spends again.

  More Foreign Talents University (MFTU).
  
  So that more foreign talents can come to study and go to their homeland after study.
  
  If it for locals talents, could have build it long ago. Why wait until a lot of Singaporeans migrate and foreign come in, then build.
