aka the internet service providers such as singtel, stahrub n m1 block access to all BT n P2P filesharing websites n traffic, n also block access to porn sites or any sites which provides download of pirated music, movies, software etc....
those proxy websites will also be blocked so u cant use them to access the blocked websites....
