Definition of "Pooh-Bor"

Okay, I give up. I still have no idea wtf this "Pooh bor" means. I understand its a Hokkien or Teochew swear word.
Any knows care to enlighten me??

Actually it is a bit harsh, but den, wad my mum told me is, it is equivalent to scolding "TMD (Ta Ma De).
It can also means useless and good for nothing, as from the above example " u pooh bor kia", which literally means u good for nth kid.
next time, if someone scold u pooh bor, scold him "tan bai kia" back (some forumnites may noe wad am i talking abt, another "pooh bor" equivalent word). "tan bai kia" means retarded or idiot kid. -
