i think it's okay what. some will say bye, some just smile and go
probably because of our culture, if we dont know a person, we dont talk to him/her easily -
nt to say wat...out of 10...11 will say or think u siao...

Last time i play soccer, i heard kids most probably only P4 says "BO LAN JIAO", "CHAO CB" kiddingly with their fellow dudes... Don't be surprise, they even pointed middle fingers.

I think it's just Singaporean culture. Not often do you see people here being friendly to strangers so I guess if you were to greet someone you didn't know or try to start a conversation people would think you were crazy.

Primary school kids are getting more and more ridiculous.
Last year my school open house. Saw quite a number of young Primary 6 girls in mini-skirts, make up and expensive handphones.
Then that day, saw a group of lian-ny primary school girls standing across my school's gate, like waiting for people.
