is illegal?
my cousin just hooked me up with a set of wheels for my bike frame so we decided to go for a spin tgt.
it was a mountain bike and me being the carefree adventurous youth (holidays now) wanted to test the capabilities so we went up to the carpark. we cycle past a malay family washing their car. nvr say anything. we reach 3rd story got this chinese guy follow us in his purple car.
him: is this a carpark.
me: (i was like -___-") ya.
him: what are you doing here. do you want me to call the police?
me: what we do here is none of your business. (suddenly rmb the MYOB bus adverts)
me being the pussy i was cycle off to ground floor and waited for my cousin. later the car came out and my cousin was drafting behind it. okay following. den both of us cycle away. the driver didnt bother to talk to my cousin.
is he a racist? didnt get laid tonight? was i in the wrong? pls enlighten thks. as far as i know, 3 or more constitutes unlawful assembly. was he scared of vandals? haiz i realli dunno this guy want act big. -

i use to cycle in multi story carparks when i was young. will speed from the slope from above to the ground floor. didn't care about cars back then

Haha when he asked "is this a carpark", you could've answered 'Yes this is a carpark for you and me'.
I'm not sure abt the law but for safety wise just be sure to have both front and rear lights on your bike even if it's daytime as it's dark inside MSCP, and ride the same direction as the car does. -

Not really illegal . I've cycled at there before and its hell of a fun. But its dangerous to do so . Should you go down a slope and a car comes in your direction , you risk harming yourself.
Anyway , if you have realized , there is an increase in car vandalism. Maybe the guy just thot you might be the vandalizer.
Anyway , carpark cycling is the only place where i can bank my bike alot and turn at high speed. -
discrimination against bikes lah, some guy with small prick just wants to boost his ego.
Go to top of mscp sit sit, some got nice breeze, sunlight, shelter, peace and quiet. -
Who cares so much. My multi storey car park is too quiet. I cycle there. Top speeds.

Just have a near collision with a bike the other day at the MSCP, was approaching the turning to go up the slope when this guy zoom down from it, lucky I am not fast and lucky I have not reach the slope yet and lucky I managed to brake in time, else it will be either I knock into him or he knock into my car or both
