Last time I can run like 4km without feeling tired just that I do it in laps but I didn't have much problems completing it.
After which, I took like 2 to 3 months break from running then recently I started running once again.
At first I found it difficult to even jog 1.6km but slowly and surely, I am getting my form back. However, I find that now after running like 2km, I start feeling stomach pains and I don't think its the appendix area because its supposed to be on the right side when I look down at my body. Instead, I feel the pain from my left side when I look downwards.
So I figured maybe its because I didn't eat before running. Today I ate my dinner at 4.40pm++ then I went for my run at around 7.30pm which is almost 3 hours since my early dinner.
I had salted fish fried rice and a can of chrysanthemum for dinner and in between and before my run, I had a cup of plain water (cold), some biscuits, some M&Ms as well as a couple of jelly beans.
But when I started to run, after like 1.6km, I started to feel pain, in my 3rd lap I already felt pain but I could still go on but some where in the 5th lap it was so difficult to run anymore. When I stopped, I realised that my legs are still strong and I don't even need to stop for a breather but its just that the pain is making me unable to continue.
Any tips to stop this pain? I don't want it to hinder my running..
