StingNet? I think its time to change ISP

  I thought that technically both singnet and pacnet are "dedicated lines"? I know of course that is onli from ur house to a certain point but in a sense u are still supposed to have more or less a dedicated speed throughout..
  
  whereas starhub is REALLY shared bandwidth.. 4 am everything loads at the speed of light, 8 to 10pm everything loads at the speed of a traffic jam..

  try calling their technical support and ask something like.. say.. "help, i got 2 computers and just now both can connect to internet but now one cannot.."

  i'll switch to starhub la. cuz can surf wireless outside.

  if it comes to price and speed.. they offer abt the same.. afterall, i dont need the fastest speed offered by starhub. 5-6mbps is okie already
  
  in terms of billing, so far singnet is fine with me. quite clear and no overcharging
  
  i thk singnet/tel still offers the best cust support. they do call me once a while to check back if i have comments.. and their promo for loyal customer is better than starhub.
  
  but another point to note, starhub have reward points.. singtel's red rewards is limited to $100 per month for at least 3 mths. this is 1 big con here.

  i'm fine with singtel 1626.. their service is acceptable.
  
  but singnet's support line is.. erm.. realli CMI IMO.
  
  reward points is a whole different issue and i guess at the end of the day nobody really decides their ISP based on reward points..
