Profile of Malaysian FT boss vs local sinkie boss?

  Hi All
  
  Anyone has experience working for Malaysian FT (usually those holding Singapore PR) here in sg? How do they rank compared to local sinkie boss?
  
  Anyone has stories to share based on your working experiences?
  
  Of course one can't generalise but I'm trying to see if there are recurring themes in terms of their characters, mindset and such.
