How to make it the most Memorable 10 min???

Hey guys, need some help here. The birthday of the gal I like
is coming soon and IÂ’m thinking about confessing to her on that day .
Any ideas how to make this really special?
But there are a few problems here, her birthday is during the exam period (I know studies come first
but IÂ’ve already lost her once to another guy and its too hard to bare, and IÂ’m studying oso) and I think she have to study on that day so IÂ’m not asking her out on a date or anything, just meeting her ba.
And any ideas on where to find really nice looking wallet for her present?

Kind of dangerous here if u just confess to her face to face in 10 mins. Even if she likes u too, she might be too embarrassed to tell u. What i would advise is, give her a birthday card and write your sincere feelings in it. Tell her that u'll give her time to consider and u'll continue waiting for her reply. also, if you wanna confess but cannot say face-to-face, you can confess your feelings in the form of a letter.
if not, just say,

if it is the exam period she is unlikely to be in the mood for relationships. i suggest you wish her then confess another day.. like christmas or something. who knows... she might like you but because its the exam period she decides not to accept your moves.

Find out what kind of flowers she likes, then buy her a bouquet of it. Dont need a huge huge bouquet. Just a ok size one can already. Ask florist to recommend. Most girls will like flowers, even though they are 'perishable' . I gave flowers to a girl i like before, but i never confessed. She loved the flowers anyway, and she dried them properly so she could keep them.
I think you should give her flowers first, then ask her out on a proper date after exams. -
