any ghastly experience recently?

last night, i turned in around 11. i lay with my back facing the ceiling. then after sending some smses, decided to sleep. suddenly got a feeling something's behind me. my room door's close. and everything went dead silent. then theres some kind of screeching frequency that rushes through my ears. it feels like my body is constricted and a little vibrating. after like a minute, it went back to normal.
what's this? stress or ghastly encounter? fyi, i didn't have any intention to make this story up. it just happened last night. -
