Never really try it personally. Since you were saying you were sort of a medium for the spirit to talk to you through the ouija board, then i guess there are pros and cons.
There are always good and bad spirits. So it really see who you actually get to communicate with you. I guess if you ask for anything, then you have topay back through offerings ba -
Yeah...played it several times with 3 other guys sometime ago. Think bout 29 years ago....this Ouija stuff was just released into the market and a hot item. Played the English version.
We used to connect to a particular spirit, who claimed to have lived several thousand years ago......and what a strange name it has. Can't actually remember it's name and country......like some old legendary name...sounds like those fairy tale lord of the rings type....
Spirit claimed it's a "she", came from royal family. One day invaders attached "her" kingdom, over-ran it and killed all her family members, except "herself". "She, being beautiful, was captured by the invaders and made into a sex slave or concubine, something like that.
Her life became unbearable and she finally killed herself by jumping off a cliff. She was reborn several times, as woman, man, woman, gal .....but it always ends tragically for this spirit. Dunno why, maybe, bad karma??
Every time we played the Ouija, wanting to connect to other spirits, this particular spirit would connect with us. Dunno why at that time. Anyway, it was fun to connect with this spirit, as it has quite a history to reveal to us.
It knows our name by then. This went on for 3 weeks......until ............

the reason we freaked out and stopped playing the Ouija board after three weeks of lively connection to a particular "girl/woman" spirit....... was when "it" asked us for a specific request.
At first it was a request made over several days......each time we turned it down .....until it became a demand....a frightening series of demand.
"It"requested that we opened a portal through the Ouija board, by chanting a specific phrase using an unknown language.........so "it" can enter into our present world. "It" can only get into our dimension if we chant the phrase.
We of course, rejected the request, not wanting to unleash something we may not be able to control. "It" then demanded we performed the chant to let "it" out.
Thats when we released our hold of the Ouija marker and break contact. We immediately destroyed the Ouija board and prayed that nothing happens to any of us. Soon we went our seperate ways and did not contact nor talked to each other about the incident.
So my friends...........know what you will be getting into when you contact the "spirits" via the Ouija board. Ultimately, you may be requested to open a portal for "it" to come to our world. Curiousity will kill the cat

Why dun you go get an Oiuja board, gather another 3 friends and not 2, and start playing with it. Invoke some roaming spirits to partake in your game and experience what is gonna happen soon!!
ie. if you have the BALLS to try it ..........dun just be a NATO........DO IT!!!!!!!!
Oh.....if you have the BALLS to try the Ouija board, play with it for several weeks with the same spirit and have fun!!!!!!!!

it's up to one to believe it or not to....
anyway i only played bi xian (not sure what it's being called in English) when i was little, not die xian tho. Dont want unneccesary trouble.
And i dont know theres an 'English version' of it

imho, i think playing bi xian is okay
but not ouija board or some other types that require lightning of joss sticks as they may have unknown dangers lurking -

we were all in primary school then...
the spirit that was "invited" was a scholar from the Soong dynasty...who passed on due to illness..
