Anyone have Out Of Body Experiences before or Now???

  When I first started to have them,I felt as if I was being forced to fall asleep,I knew when I was going to have one. I would hear shuffling of feet and whispering.Felt like I was dreaming but was very aware,sometimes I would be "walking" around my home or getting off my bed,sometimes I would feel like I was falling or start spinning out of control. I knew I was not "awake" and force myself to wake up,at times I would think I was awake but was not.I would then again get out of bed and do the same thing over and over until I was awake. Other times I would try and turn on my lights and my hand would not come in contact and I would get that falling feeling threw the door,walls or floor.
  
  There has been other times,I felt like I was in other places..one time I felt as if I was in another country in a mall..hehe..but there was a man there and saw me. He was angry with me,and I could feel from him that he was asking me why I was here.
  
  Alot of the time during these experiences,I feel,evil spirits around me.I am fighting them away with Gods help. When I am back,there have been times I have seen spirits,not the ones I wanna see ither.
  
  I have been told by a person who seen me in this state once,That I am shaking and breathing very hard.I felt I was doing this because I could always hear myself and feel myself shaking,so them telling me this validated what I thought to be true.

  ya several times. it means that when you are asleep the spirits around you are enticing you.

  OK , here's my personal experience.
  As usual , I have my late night rest. So I went to lie on my bed to sleep.
  
  First occurrence, I felt that I was being shake very very vigorously, like vibrations like that (like how u moved like u kanna electric shock.) I knew it was a dream(maybe?) and I struggled very hard to the point I could barely opened my eyes. And what I saw was like many many floaters(please use wiki), and a dark patch (or two) of shadow beside my bed. I finally used my utmost strength to wake up and of course I'm successful in it. And went back to sleep and it happened again. , but this time it is easier to snap out of that "vibration dream". Happened twice and both times when I'm awake I felt goosebumps and some form of presence near me.
  
  Then, later on I had this vomiting dream, I was in this grey area with some old folks sitting on a round stone table. Then they suddenly left (or the dream snap me to that occurrence), then I vomited very very very jialat into the approx 50*50m deep pit. And a moment later got this old lady vomit behind me. KNN . Luckily it is easier for me to snap out of the dream. Funny dream...wonder if it meant anything.
  
  Laugh at me if you want .
  
  Anyway I don't believe in spirits, god crap or anything. if they wanna disturb me, they should kah chiao me physically lah!
  
  Those who dun understand, I had 2+1 dreams within 1 night.
  And it is a matter oo willpower if you wanna get out of those dreams. I often let my self stayed inside for entertainment

  it's called astral travel. I tink u're of the natural one that can do it with out trying.
  
  I tried to astral b4 but haha gave up coz i was pretty scared to take that firs step

  I kena the vibrating thingy before, but I force myself to wake up. Before that I actually felt as if my arm is being held down by an invisible hand.

  astral travel is dangerous...those spirits are at the astral zone, so dun try OBE during 7th month, best to practice wid a master

  wth.. u say till like damn scary.. never had this kindda experiences.. but u better becareful about this kindda things.. it's not something fun to play with.. it can re that u really have this kindda abilities or it may be a mental illness.. or it could be jus a normal dream u had..

  Dunno if it was real but last time, each time i get dejavu, i somehow got flashes in my mind about a scene where i am standing beside some angel or something and he was showing me a screen whereby we saw my fate and all...........

  I doubt its a case of true OBE, but rather a case of sleep paralysis with severe hallucinations.

  Reflex, like sometimes you dream you're falling then suddenly leg will just jerk or kick.

  got this kind of experience b4 ... dunno whether its a severe case of sleep paralysis.
  
  i was semi awake .... then heard some kind of music where chinese funeral always play one. But that time i do not remember seeing any funeral under the void deck and even so they cant be playing late at night. Then suddenly my whole body start to stiffen ... i felt a force trying to pull me out of my own body.. can actually feel the pain and cannot breathe for a while ... during this ordeal .. i can actually hear people humming ... this thing lasted about 1 - 2 min when i suddenly jerk up to get out from my sleep. Quite scary actually.

  really ah. the na mo ah mi tuo fuo stuffs ?? scary. 1-2min is like so long.

  i often experience that, but one thing for sure, i am be face facing the ceiling then it will happen.... if sleep side wont happen...

  sounds like sleep paralysis to me.
