Cycle safer with Young PAP

Some of you may have been disappointed that you could not cycle at the Workers' Party 50th Anniversary Mass Cycling event because the authorities felt that "outdoor gatherings by parties have the potential to cause a public disturbance".
You may be pleased to know that you can always join the Young PAP on their Night Cycling events. They seem to have no problem getting permits for their outdoor events. As we all know, when outdoor cycling events are done at night, there is a smaller likelihood of people who may stop you in the middle of your cycling in order to debate with you, thereby causing a public nuisance.
Looking at YPAP's calendar, they even have an Amazing Race event coming. Another safe, outdoor event organised by the youth wing of the ruling party.
