  Maybe you can try to give your best shot on her birthday la.. A girl won't waste so much of her time on you(chatting on msn) if she's not interested in you.
  
  But I would suggest you to be daring abit to show that you like her in a perhaps more obvious way? Cuz you nv know she might be trying to catch some signals from you too, and it's really hard to play "guessing game"!!
