  Most shops are already raided and what's left are usually underground or you can find them in unexpected places.

  near amk hub, the whole strech of stalls outside. can see a anutie selling outside shop. psp games, software, ps2, nitendo, dvd etc.
  
  another place is near yishun 10, at POSB branch. beside, selling psp and ps2 games shop.

  Their MO also change.
  Outside of small half shop, there is a table with an album of software covers.
  You flip through the albums select the one you want.
  Then you tell the shady character sitting a distance away, the number of the software that you want. He'll get it for you.
